ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:Our tiki statues and masks are hand carved and painted by experienced carvers and great attention is paid to color and detail. The carvings are made from high quality woods like Koa (Acacia), Monkey Pod, Albesia, Crocodile, and Pine. Most of our tikis are made in Hawaii. Other tiki's are from the Pacific, mostly the Indonesian Islands and Asia. They have proved to be quality pieces of Carved Oceanic Art and collectible Hawaiiana.Our selection of tiki mugs are constantly changing. Most are vintage, limited editions which were produced for special events. Our mugs, kava and scorpion bowls are highly collected by polynesian pop culture enthusiasts. THATCH ROLLS, THATCHING PANELS, PALM LEAF (RAIN CAPE THATCH), BRAIDED ROOF PANELS AND PALAPAS: Prior to ordering any type of thatch product, please carefully read the following: Throughout the county, fire inspectors may have diverse requirements and it is therefore strongly recommended that you consult with your local inspector prior to any purchase or installation. NO guarantees as to the fire safety or the acceptability by the governing authorities are expressed or implied by our company. Fire safety is very important and the standards will and do vary. Therefore, advanced planning in conjunction with your local Fire Marshal is not on a must, but a very wise and cost effective decision. For your own safety, please do not cut corners! BAMBOO POLES and FENCING: All poles have been fumigated to USDA regulations. Since shipping costs cary to different locations, we will give you a quote after you check out your order. Checkout without paying for shipping and we will then give you a quote for your shipping by email or phone. We will then send you a link on our website so you can pay for the shipping. We only charge you what we pay for shipping... But if the quote doesn't satisfy you, we will cancel your order and you won't be charged. All bamboo poles are subject to cracking. In fact, CRACKING IS GUARANTEED. BAMBOO PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Tropical Matting: OUR TROPICAL MATTINGS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. HAWAIIAN QUILTS: All our Hawaiian quilts are hand quilted in the traditional Hawaiian way. Some are quilted in Hawaii,some are quilted in the Phillipines by Hawaiian quilters who have been stationed there since World War II when they were quilting for the American families on the Military Base. They have carried on the Hawaiian Tradition in this way for many years. The quilts are all hand-stitched and I when one look at the workmanship one can really appreciate the time it takes and it is clear that they are truly made with love. Our quilters they are very appreciative of the fact that people are still enjoying these hand stitched quilts. We can make any quilt for you in any color combination you like. It normally takes 90 - 120 days to complete. Please note that custom orders are not returnable.
