This classic shaped 58" left facing sailfish half mount is part of our half sided series and is the perfect decor size replica. This half mount replicates a juvenile sailfish in the 18 to 20 pound range and was measured at 58 inches before shaping into the classic pose. It takes up roughly 56 inches from left to right on the wall and about 28 inches of vertical height. A half sided mount is produced by casting the front part of our two sided wall mount molds. When displayed the circumference of the half mount is either touching the wall or very close to the wall.

Sailfish Mount Paint Schedule The sailfish is painted to look "lit up" and alive as if it was swimming on your wall. Bright cobalt blue dorsal sail with a hint of purple, a bronze side band, electric baby blue vertical bands and a nice iridescent blue on his back makes this beautiful sailfish a perfect piece of decoration for your new house, office or tiki room. Like other fish, Sailfish can have many different variations of coloring however the standard paint job includes the above mentioned features. The final step of the finishing process is to spray a UV protecting clear coat to give it superior protection indoors or outside. We do not custom paint our half sided series replicas.

Half Mount Installation Each fish mount in our half sided series arrives with a fiberglass hanger on the backside of the fish mount. This allows easy installation once you receive your new fish mount.
