This is a set of 16 original petroglyph paintings. Each paintings has a with rock like, verdigris textured background in shades of metallic browns, copper, antique bronze and gold and a petroglyph raised relief in different shades of gold to create a 3D effect.

Painted in my studio on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Each painting measures 6" x 6" on a 1/38" deep gallery wrap canvas.

Paintings are representational of the following petroglyphs found in the Hawaiian islands ( from to left to right...)

1st row: (left to right) Female Canoe Paddler, Boxers, Male Canoe Paddler, Birdmen

2nd Row ( left to right) Rainbow Man, Double Hull Sailing Canoe, Gourd Dancer, Gecko Fisherman, Birth

3rd row ( left to right) Alii, Dog rooster and chicken, Ohana, Runner

4th row: ( left to right) Club men, Honu, Fisherman, Surfer

Each painting is signed and dated on the back.

These individual painting can be displayed on their own or as a set as shown in the pictures. Add a distinctive Hawaiian theme and tropical touch to your home with this original, stunning set. The earthy tones go with just about any color scheme and the metallic colors add a bright contemporary feel.
